Self Organisation

As Jeff Sutherland said “It is not enough to promote agility at the individual or the team level. Agile leaders need to lead agility throughout the organisation”.

For agile benefits to be gained, agile leaders must move from a manager-led system of work, where people are delegated tasks and directed what to do, how to do it and when, to one where they promote teams to be self-organising and establish guardrails for operating.
