Agile that sticks, from day one
ZXM’s Agile Essentials for Teams is a one-day foundation course covering agile mindset, the Scrum framework, and Kanban principles. Designed for anyone joining or working with agile teams — not just practitioners.
Delivered using the same hands-on learning approach ZXM applies across its advisory and transformation work.
No death by PowerPoint.
MORNING
Agile foundations
Agile values, principles, and practices. The history of agile and why it exists. How agile teams organise and deliver work. Adaptive planning, value-based prioritisation, and fast feedback. The Scrum framework in full: accountabilities, events, artifacts, and commitments.
AFTERNOON
Kanban and continuous improvement
Kanban principles and how they complement agile teams. Visualising work and creating workflow rules. Work-in-progress limits and batch theory. Flow metrics: cycle time, throughput, and work item age. Inspecting and adapting how work flows.
