Designed as a practical foundation before pursuing PSM I or PSM II certification with Scrum.org.
MORNING
Scrum and the Scrum Master role
The Scrum framework in full: accountabilities, events, artifacts, and commitments. The Scrum Master as servant-leader and coach — not project manager. How to serve the Scrum Team and support self-management. Facilitating Scrum events effectively.
AFTERNOON
Coaching, impediments, and the organisation
Supporting the Product Owner with empiricism and backlog transparency. Coaching teams through impediments, conflict, and dysfunction. How to engage organisational stakeholders and create conditions for Scrum to work. Introduction to scaled agile frameworks: SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, and Nexus.
