Scrum in practice
From empiricism to accountabilities, events, and practices using scenario-based learning. Theory lands differently when you start to apply it on the same day. Day 1 moves between framework and application — you learn it, then use it.
DAY 2
Scrum Master & product management
Day 2 shifts from the mechanics to the harder work — product management, teams, and ultimately, what a Scrum Master actually does as the COO of a product.
