Morning — AI Fundamentals and Scrum Integration

AI landscape for practitioners: what matters and what doesn’t for Scrum Teams. Core AI concepts without the hype: LLMs, prompting, and practical capabilities. Mapping AI opportunities across the Sprint: events, artifacts, and team collaboration. Ethical foundations: when AI helps and when it undermines Scrum values. Hands-on exercises: using AI tools in Sprint Planning and Refinement scenarios.

Afternoon — Applied Practice and Responsible Adoption

AI in Retrospectives: facilitation support, pattern recognition, and action tracking. Daily Scrum and impediment identification with AI assistance. Coaching your team on AI adoption: building capability without creating dependency. Responsible AI use framework: autonomy, transparency, and empirical integrity. PSM-AE assessment preparation and personal action planning.
