A different relationship with your team's work
DAY 1
Scrum in practice
From empiricism to accountabilities, events, and practices using scenario-based learning. Theory lands differently when you start to apply it on the same day. Day 1 moves between framework and application — you learn it, then use it.
DAY 2
Scrum Master & product management
Day 2 shifts from the mechanics to the harder work — product management, teams, and ultimately, what a Scrum Master actually does as the COO of a product.
AUDIENCE

Your question won't be in the textbook. Your trainer's answer shouldn't be either.
ZXM trainers have used Scrum at every level of scale — from one team to a value stream of 200 to an entire IT operating model. The hard questions are always about its application: where team accountabilities intersect with traditional governance, where governance intersects with the portfolio, and where the portfolio intersects with the operating model. Every case in the classroom is a live engagement. The answer isn’t “it depends” but is drawn from real-world experience.
ZXM’s lead trainers — Matt and Mia — are the only two trainers in Australia to hold both Scrum.org PST and SAFe SPC6 credentials.
