DAY 1
Advanced Scrum Mastery at Scale
Deepen your understanding of the Scrum Master role within a SAFe Agile Release Train. Explore advanced XP practices, Kanban flow, and cross-team coordination — including Scrum of Scrums and ART events. Apply coaching techniques for conflict, technical debt, and organisational impediments.
DAY 2
Engineering Excellence and Continuous Improvement
Day 2 shifts to the technical foundations that underpin high-performing SAFe teams — TDD, CI/CD, DevOps, and built-in quality. Explore relentless improvement practices and build the foundations needed to progress toward the Release Train Engineer role.

Participants receive the SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) credential from Scaled Agile Inc.
Experience as a Scrum Master is strongly recommended. Holding SSM (SAFe Scrum Master) certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
The SASM exam requires a score of 82% to pass. The exam is 120 minutes with multiple-choice questions.
SASM certification requires annual renewal.
