COURSE OVERVIEW

Work as a high-performing team inside a SAFe programme

Most team members in a SAFe environment understand the theory. Few apply it with consistency under programme pressure. This course closes the gap — connecting Lean-Agile principles to the daily realities of iteration execution, PI Planning, and team-level dependency management inside an Agile Release Train.

DAY 1

SAFe foundations and team practices

Lean-Agile principles, the SAFe framework overview, team-level roles and responsibilities, iteration execution, and applying Scrum and XP practices within a SAFe context. Scenario-based learning throughout.

DAY 2

PI Planning, ART synchronisation, and backlog management

Day 2 moves from individual team practices to the broader Agile Release Train — PI Planning preparation and participation, iteration review and retrospective, managing team backlogs, coordinating dependencies, and improving flow across the programme.
