Align strategy to execution at enterprise scale
Most organisations have agile teams. Few have agile portfolios. SAFe® Lean-Portfolio Management closes the gap — connecting strategy to execution, governing investment with agility, and enabling portfolios to move at the speed of business. This two-day course gives portfolio managers, senior executives, and business architects the frameworks and tools to lead LPM adoption in their organisation.
DAY 1
Portfolio strategy and investment
Connect portfolio strategy to enterprise objectives, apply Lean budgeting and guardrails, establish value streams, and introduce Portfolio Kanban to manage the flow of epics from ideation to approval.
DAY 2
Governance, coordination, and implementation
Day 2 moves from strategy to execution — coordinating value streams, managing enterprise change, and building your implementation roadmap for LPM adoption. Covers agile forecasting, participatory budgeting, and aligning portfolio governance to executive reporting.
