A focused introduction to a single concept or practice. Suited to teams starting out or executives who want to understand a method before committing to it.
1-day essentials.
A working day that covers the foundations in full. Participants leave with a structured understanding of the practice and how to apply it in their context.
2-day certification.
A Scaled Agile or Scrum.org -accredited certification course. Participants sit the online assessment and, on passing, earn a globally recognised professional credential.
