Overview

Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) is a 2-day course that covers the principles and (empirical) process theory underpinning the Scrum framework, and the role of the Scrum Master. We’ll teach you how to master Scrum Theory and practice so that you can:

  • Support agile teams be cross-functional and self-managing.
  • Help Product Owners to manage to use agile techniques to plan their products, forecast delivery milestones, and get feedback from customers and stakeholders.
  • Coach stakeholders to interact in an agile way with the team to promote business agility.

ZXM delivers PSM I using scenario-based learning – the way medical practitioners learn to solve problems before they practice in hospitals. We’ll go through real world scenarios from Professional Scrum Trainers (PSTs) in groups and assess how to approach problems with an agile mindset that promotes self-managing teams.

The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognised Professional Scrum Master I certification exam (PSM I).
